We’re on the lookout for skilled HVAC/R Technicians who are passionate about doing things right. You’ll work with residential and commercial systems, including refrigeration, and make a real difference for customers across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Interpret blueprints, follow specs, and ensure code compliance
- Collaborate with our team to deliver top-notch service
What You’ll Need:
- Valid BC B-Gas ticket preferred
- Red Seal Certification or 3+ years of apprenticeship
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in HVAC/R
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Supermarket experience an asset
- Able to relocate to the Cariboo region of British Columbia
- Own basic HVAC tools
- Experienced with diagnosing and repairing both residential and light commercial systems
- Comfortable using a tablet or mobile app to complete job tickets and reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $32.00-$41.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
