Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a dynamic team that keeps things moving? We are currently looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
As a key player on our service team, you’ll be the friendly voice and efficient organizer behind every successful service call. You’ll take charge of the scheduling process from start to finish—coordinating technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring our customers feel confident and cared for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Answer incoming calls and deliver outstanding customer service.
Create, track, and manage work orders in our Field Service Management system.
Book and coordinate service appointments with both technicians and customers.
Stay on top of job statuses, follow-ups, and changes with professionalism and care.
Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation.
What You Bring:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A knack for organization and juggling multiple tasks with ease.
Familiarity with Field Service Management systems and general computer proficiency.
Experience in a plumbing/heating company preferred.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
