Job Type:                   Full-time / 12 Months Contract (maybe extended depend on business needs)

 

Position Summary:

 

We are currently seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Assistant Manager or Manager to support HR projects and HR-related functions. This role will support talent acquisition, developing policies, enhancing talent experience, implementing HR system and building a strong workplace culture. You’ll work closely with HR Director, senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and project stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Your work will help shape how our people, systems, and processes adapt to change, ultimately driving operational effectiveness, cultural alignment, and sustainable growth.
