Description

The Clinical Information Clerk 1 plays a key role in providing a welcoming experience for patients and visitors attending the hospital. Responsibilities also include guiding visitors to the appropriate rooms, directing patients attending other departments to the correct location, and ensuring the smooth check-in and registration of all scheduled visits. Moreover, the role entails reaching out to patients for appointment reminders when necessary and offering reception and information services to patients, visitors, and staff as required.
