We're Hiring: Operations Manager — Insurance Sector
As our client’s insurance business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager who’s passionate about delivering personalized, reliable insurance solutions and committed to helping both clients and team members exceed their goals.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, innovation, and team engagement. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction while overseeing the day-to-day performance of a highly engaged team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead team engagement through eNPS feedback, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, team-building events, and community involvement—all aligned with company values.
Oversee HR-related functions such as managing time-off requests, leaves, hybrid work arrangements, productivity, employee recognition, and overall wellness.
Create and implement operational processes that exceed customer expectations by meeting or surpassing service level agreements on renewals, new quotes, and endorsements.
Ensure compliance by driving accountability for accurate policy reviews, proper coverage, and underwriting best practices.
Support the team in converting warm leads, following up on referrals, and identifying opportunities to grow new business, retention, and KPIs.
Stay current on industry underwriting rules, tools, and workflow innovations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Build strong relationships with Business Development Managers to align operations with business growth.

What You’ll Need
A valid RIBO license in good standing.
If you previously held a RIBO license and are eligible to rewrite the exam within the first month, you’ll still be considered.
Proven leadership experience in a client-focused, fast-paced insurance environment.
A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to team engagement and process improvement.
