
Branch Administrator

We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Administrator at our Grand Falls, NB location.
The Branch Administrator is responsible for performing a full range of administrative support duties.
Responsibilities:
- Greet & direct customers as they enter the store
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Receive incoming mail and distribute appropriately
- Payroll for the branch
- Reconcile daily cash
- Vehicle registrations
- Keep safety reports and files up to date
- Prepare bank deposits and balance cash receipts
- Post payments
- Post AP vendor invoices
- Help maintain professional retail showroom
- General administrative support for branch/departments
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Solid clerical expertise
- General accounting knowledge
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
