Position Overview
The Sales Representative will work directly with customers to guide them through the purchase of outboard motors, lakeboats, and related marine products. This role requires a balance of product knowledge, customer service, and relationship-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate boats, outboards, and accessories
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through delivery
Maintain strong product knowledge across boat brands, outboard engines, and marine equipment
Coordinate with service, parts, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships
Assist with boat shows, demo days, and promotional events as needed
Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records
Qualifications
Experience in marine, powersports, automotive, or equipment sales preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
General knowledge of boats, outboards, or ability to learn quickly
Valid driver’s license
