Key Responsibilities:
Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate product information, pricing, and quotes.
Process and manage customer orders using Sage Business Vision.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.
Provide tracking updates to both customers and sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and product
knowledge.
Analyze customer sales data and trends.
Handle the scheduling, logistics, and management of all trade shows
Profile / Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of related inside sales or customer service experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Supervisory experience and proven leadership abilities are an asset.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Adaptable, flexible, and skilled in critical thinking.
