Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Auditor to join their manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems by conducting thorough inspections and ensuring products meet established standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement processes and uphold the highest quality assurance practices across our operations.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and other measurement devices.
- Conduct detailed quality audits to verify compliance with manufacturing specifications and industry standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Document inspection findings accurately and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and updating quality assurance procedures, checklists, and documentation protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on analysis skills and data collection efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including quality control, inspection, and assurance processes.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with QA/QC standards, industry regulations, and best practices for quality assurance.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and other inspection equipment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience with data collection, documentation, and reporting is highly desirable. This role is vital in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability while supporting ongoing improvements across our manufacturing processes.
