Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Counterbalance Operator and Reach Truck to join their dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating counterbalance and reach forklifts to efficiently move, locate, and store products within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

REQUIRED SHIFTS:

Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday (train on days for 3 months)

Pay $21.00

Duties

• Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to transport goods within a manufacturing environment.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately, ensuring that all items are selected according to customer specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts and other equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring that products are handled with care.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery and handling materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts, particularly counterbalance models; certification required with 3 years experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the role.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
