Parts Shipper / Receiver

Our company is one of North America's AGCO dealers, representing exceptional brands, including JCB, Fendt, RoGator, Massey Ferguson, and Kubota. We have grown to three dealerships and have been in AGCO North America’s 5 star dealer group.

We are looking for a Parts Advisor for our fast-paced parts department. You will experience working with walk-in customers and phone inquires, troubleshooting parts issues on a large variety of agriculture equipment, issuing purchase orders, managing inventory levels, and selling retail products. You will need basic to above basic computer skills to work with inventory and suppliers’ software systems. During peak season (April – Oct) there are shifts for Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities:

• Working front and back counter as necessary, depending on traffic of business
• Complete inventory counts as needed

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of agricultural parts experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to work with computer software systems and web-based parts catalogues
• Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
• Able to lift 40+ pounds
• Forklift experience
• Valid driver's license
