As a Project Coordinator on our Construction team, you will be responsible for providing on-site administrative & coordinator support to the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to support new residential high-rise developments and major construction projects.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Project Coordinator, you will efficiently support projects from concept design to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment. You will coordinate cross functional teams, streamline communication, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with extended hours where required to meet key project milestones.

Work Location: Southwest Properties Office – 1315 Lower Water Street, Halifax, and applicable project site visits mostly within HRM.

Your Environment

Your work environment will be shared between the Southwest Properties Main Office and onsite Construction Offices. This position can encounter a variety of conditions related to construction. Safety hazards can be but are not limited to, loud noise, seasonal temperature extremes, and high levels of dirty and dust.

Position requires: Criminal Records Check Completion.
Language Requirement: Fluent in English.
