
Customer Service Representative

Summary
Supports customers through order entry, product inquiries, issue resolution, and account assistance. Ensures accurate processing, timely follow up, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and adjustments
- Resolve product and service issues by identifying problems, determining solutions, and ensuring follow up
- Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions by phone, email, or mail
- Assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges, and online account setup
- Verify customer information, take payments, and update contact details
- Provide product information, company policies, and support during product recalls
- Maintain communication standards, procedures, and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience with strong phone and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with financial reporting software; Sage 300 preferred
