CLERICAL SUPPORT FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY TEAM

Brampton, ON

We are looking for someone with experience in clerical support, specific to our Health and Safety group. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and update many procedures
• Will require some time spent on the production line to observe and communicate with employees/supervisors
• Take photos within the plant
• Work independently and engage with Supervisors to get the required information
• Follow safety guidelines, including no jewelry, bump cap, safety boots, hearing protection, and hair/beard net if applicable

Requirements:

• Able to use Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
• Detailed-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with repetitive assignments
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Ability to enter the plant  to take photos, 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Pay: $21.50/hr
