STATUS OF POSITION: Full Time – permanent

Position Summary

 

The Human Resources Coordinator plays an integral role within the Resort to ensure successful delivery and support of HR programs and services. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position provides administration and service support to all department and resort associates. Main areas of responsibility include payroll, onboarding and recruitment, file maintenance, training and development and health and safety.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or human resource professional that enjoys working in a dynamic, fun and fast paced environment where each day brings new challenges. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with a diverse group of people, has strong communication skills, has a positive and energetic attitude and is always looking for ways to improve!
