Inside Sales Representative - Job Posting Sales

Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Sales Representative/Account Manager in Mississauga, Ontario.

**This position is 3 days in office, 2 days from home**

• Base pay ($800) per week + commissions with an above average compensation structure that far exceeds the industry average.

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiating skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A personable and professional demeanor.
• Must speak clear, fluent English and or French
• An independent person who thrives in an autonomous environment
• A goal-oriented person who enjoys friendly competition.
• Must have a home office and late model computer and a cell phone (if working from home)
• Self-starter and able to work with very little supervision
• Tech savvy, proficient with computers (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Love selling and love talking
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of strong client relationships
• Sales experience, specifically in Staffing, Recruiting, Job Postings, Applicant Tracking System Sales, Technology Sales considered an asset

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make 70+ outbound calls daily
• Take inbound calls
• Prepare and send agreements
• Assist in writing job postings / ads
• Provide information on our services and close sales.
• You will follow up with calls and emails.
