Customer Service Representative - Inbound

Kalispell, MT

We are seeking a full time Customer Service representative to take inbound calls from our clients.

This position is in Kalispell Montana. You have a choice to work from our office or work remotely from your  home office. You MUST live within 60 miles of Kalispell!

 This is a full time permanent role working 42.5 hours a week. Shifts and schedules will be discussed in the interview based on best fit.

Compensation

• $15 per hour to start

Responsibilities

• Inbound Calls Only!
• Handle and  respond to all customer inquiries  
• Provide excellent customer service 
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues 
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and demonstrating advanced product knowledge

Qualifications

• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Customer service  or customer facing prior work experience including retail, bartender, waiter/waitress etc.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Excellent English communication skills 
• Over 17 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
