IT Service Desk Administrator

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

What will your responsibilities be?

Assist employees and customers (both onsite and remote) with their software and hardware issues within your scope, or follow the escalation process as needed to resolve their issue in a timely manner within the service level agreements (SLAs).  

Manage end-user devices and peripherals and ensure the systems have up-to-date asset information at all times.

Monitor usage and network availability for all locations and resolve issues as needed.

What are we looking for?

Do you have a degree in computer science or a related discipline?

Do you have at least 2 years of experience as an IT Service Desk / Help Desk Admin?

Are you fluent in both French and English?

Do you have advanced knowledge and experience with virtual infrastructures, networking, ITIL practices, windows registry, user profiles and programming languages?

Do you have strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10+ and MS Office Suite (including Office 365)?

Are you driven to succeed and achieve great things with a team that works in a fast-paced, results oriented environment?

Are you resourceful, accountable, able to take the initiative, socially adaptable, have great customer service skills and a creative problem solver?
