Lead Hand Mechanic / Heavy Duty Mechanic

We are a young, dynamic company that specializes in the sales, installation and service of Dhollandia, Palfinger, Maxon and other brands of hydraulic lift gates.
We are also an installer and approved repair facility for Morgan Truck Body.
We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated and quality conscious Lead Hand Mechanic to expand our team, and accommodate the increasing customer base!

This position would be of a full time, year round nature, and would be based at our Langley location.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with the installation of new Dhollandia, Maxon and other liftgates and a variety of other types of truck equipment.
• Maintenance, trouble shoot, repair and rebuilding of liftgates and related equipment.
• Repairs, service and maintenance of truck bodies and trucks in general.

Requirements:

• Be able to follow instructions, and work in a cooperative manner while striving for high quality results.
• Familiar with electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Comfortable with taking on unfamiliar tasks and learning new skills.
• Available for Saturday shifts (as needed).
• Available for on-call duties (as needed).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dedicated to delivering a quality product.
