Cantonese-Speaking Customer Service Rep (Healthcare-REMOTE)

We are now hiring customer service representatives for our healthcare client.

These are full time roles working remotely from your home paying $15-$16.50 per hour plus benefits.

We provide the computer, all the technology and all training required for you to excel at the job.

Details:

Answer incoming calls from customers
Provide excellent customer service to customers by getting to the root of their concerns and researching the right answers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Cantonese and English
You must reside in the state of California (CA)
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must have a high-speed internet connection that’s more than 25 MBPS (Hard-wired preferred)
