We provide the computer, all the technology, and all training required for you to excel at the job.
 
Details: 
- Answer incoming calls from customers
 
- Provide excellent customer service to customers by getting to the root of their concerns and researching the right answers to resolve their issues
 
 
Requirements: 
- You must be fluent in Korean and English
 
- You must reside in the state of California (CA)
 
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
 
- You must have a high-speed internet connection that’s more than 25 MBPS (Hard-wired preferred)
