Roles and Responsibilities
- Support our strong customer relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Review tender forms, specifications, and addendums
- Develop best in class organization of multiple projects at the same time
- Understanding of working drawings, PDF management and able to provide accurate takeoffs
- Produce equipment bill of materials & pricing tables
- Estimation within the Microsoft Access Order Process, including: project submittals, equipment BOM confirmations, new software development and delivery to multiple contractor(s)
Qualifications
- Able to work well both independently and within a team environment across multiple office locations
- Valid drivers license for travel within Ontario for training at manufacturers’ facilities
- Experience in the construction industry (i.e. engineering, sales, contracting, CAD, project management) is considered an asset
