Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure sub-contractor and supplier pricing is competitive and high quality
• Order required project materials
• Help plan and meet project budgets
• Maintain client files
• Lead the carpentry team
• Support senior team, staff, and clients
• Acquire, supplement, and maintain sub-contractors
• Plan and organize a response team for unseen and urgent circumstances
• Follow and enforce all safety policy and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in site supervision or similar role (2+ years)
• Knowledgeable on the Ontario Building Code
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications
