We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Administrator at our New Glasgow, NS location.
Purpose:
Performs a full range of administrative support duties for dealership location.
Responsibilities:
Receives telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to proper parties within the dealership
Greeting customers as needed and directing them to proper area or staff
Receives incoming mail and distributes to proper individuals
Responsible for bank deposits, outgoing mail shipments, and general business-related errands
Provide administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at the location
Assist the service department with scheduling of equipment and technicians, opening and closing work orders
May act as relief for Parts department, assisting customers with parts inquiries as needed
Ensure all tasks are completed in efficient manner resulting in accurate and timely results
