The Junior Carpenter Role is for you if:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working in a crew of 2-3 other carpenters on high-end residential projects 
• Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including:
  • Demolition
  • Structural Framing
  • Window & Door installation
  • Insulation
  • Trim Carpentry
  • Exterior finishing
• Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean

 Experience Required:

• 1+ years in residential renovations/construction.
• Drivers License and own transportation.
• College carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset, but not required.
• First aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset
