We are a Burlington based construction company that is currently seeking a Red Seal/ Journeyman Carpenter for custom homes, additions and full home renovations.

We specialize in quality craftsmanship, and the work we do is anything but basic. All our work is custom and designed by talented architects and our talented in-house designers and we are making a name for ourselves. We are a family oriented, growing company that is focused on engaging our employees, teaching new skills, and encouraging them to grow. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Construction knowledge (residential considered an asset) 
• 5+ years of experience with construction projects
• Capability to read and interpret construction drawings, design drawings and specifications

• Ability to work with a crew of workers to complete projects safely and on time
• Must be able to provide a Police Clearance Certificate
• Working at Heights Training would be an asset
• Able to commute to the Burlington area

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the job site when the Site Supervisor is not on site
• Accurately frame a structure based on construction drawings, permit drawings, general specifications
• Temporary shoring, removal of bearing walls, installation of steel beams as specified
• Installation of windows, doors, interior doors, trim, moldings, vanities and cabinetry
• Installation of exterior wood and composite siding
• Work together as a team to achieve greater efficiencies 
• Site clean and prep as required

• Offering a Competitive Wage of $30.00-$36.00/ hour
