Our Yarrow, BC location is currently hiring a full-time Manufacturer. The role of this position is to build doors, prep tasks, and general cleanup.

This position works Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The hourly rate is between $18 and $19 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build doors with provided parts
• Safely use production equipment
• General prepping tasks
• Keep work area clean and tidy
• Additional training is provided to enhance job skills
• Cross-training available for other production roles

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a door shop is preferred, but not a requirement
• Knowledge of door components and assembly techniques is an asset
• Carpentry and woodworking experience is preferred
• Able to read basic shop drawings
• Mathematical aptitude and understanding of imperial measurements to the 1/32 of an inch
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to stand and/or be on your feet for an entire scheduled shift
• Willing to pursue additional training to enhance job skills
