We are a proven and established leader in engineering, fabrication, construction, and servicing of gas compression and processing facilities for the energy industry.
We are currently seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst with a specialty in field service and/or part sales to join our team.
Role Overview:
The Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using the Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Sales modules. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in field service operations, parts management, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for the Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Sales modules.
- Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 platform to meet business needs, including creating and modifying entities, workflows, business rules, and reports.
- Participate in Dynamics 365 implementations throughout all project stages including analysis, design, development, test, and operation.
- Liaise with implementation consultants to ensure that solutions are designed to meet business needs and are successfully implemented.
- Conduct knowledge transfer with internal IT team members on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and accuracy of system configurations.
- Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert on field service operations, parts management, and sales processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Sales modules.
- Experience in field service operations, parts management, and sales processes.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization capabilities.
- Experience with system configuration and customization, including creating and modifying entities, workflows, business rules, and reports.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Implementation experience an asset but not required.
