Family Practice Physician to $230,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We are seeking a number of Family Practice Physicians for our clinics throughout Indiana. Our clinics primarily serve the underserved, uninsured, Medicare and Medicaid patients and the general population in the area.

We are seeking Physicians that desire to service underserved communities and provide great healthcare to those that need it most. You are someone with a passion for healing!

Openings In:

• Mishawaka, Indiana
• South Bend, Indiana

We Offer:

• Starting Base Salary of $220,000 annually  (Negotiable)
• Annual Bonus of 3-5% of annual salary
• 4 weeks Paid Time Off

Qualifications:

• Diploma from an approved medical school 
• Current State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Completed Residency Program
• Board certified or board eligible
• DEA certification
• CPR certification

• Strong patient skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Basic technology Skills - able to operate a multi-line phone system and other office equipment including printers, fax machines, etc.
• Basic software skills (Microsoft Office, EHR, online sources, etc.)

Work/Life Balance

It is a 40-hour work week with 32 hours in patient care and 8 hours admin duties.
