Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to become an integral part of our growing team! We are a family-owned small manufacturer of ornamental iron fence products and are looking to build a team that will grow with us. Fast-paced environment with room for employee collaboration and leadership. We are looking to partner with people who want to grow and progress with us. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Quote potential jobs for existing and new customers by request
• Read job specifications, site plans and drawings to interpret fence requirements for potential jobs
• Speak with customers, architects and engineers to further develop relationships and job potential
• Submit accepted bids to manufacturing shop for entry into production schedule
• Follow up with existing and new potential customers to ensure a high quality relationship is maintained
• Small manufacturing shop where you are part of a team and not just a worker on a shift

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fence, construction, manufacturing, and/or other related fields
• Familiarity with steel, fence, or construction industries an asset
• Previous sales experience is an asset but not a requirement
• Ability to communicate effectively

Salary Range:

• $50,000-70,000/annually, based on experience
• Bonuses and commission available upon negotiation
