We are searching for an exceptionally talented Service Professional to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise.
As a Service Professional, you have exceptional problem-solving skills and consistently go above and beyond for the customer using your well-rounded construction finishing skills and experience.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Provide diligent and quality work, while completing various hands-on construction tasks during 30-Day and Year-End After Sales Service Appointments including: carpentry, drywall, taping, mudding, painting and other construction tasks.
- Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions efficiently.
- Supervise sub-contractors to ensure repairs are corrected in an efficient manner, while maintaining superior quality and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to answer homeowner questions, educating and rectifying deficiencies or repairs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of hands-on residential construction experience
- 5+ years experience in a similar service position.
- Well-rounded finishing experience including carpentry, drywall, taping, mudding, and painting.
- Outstanding customer focus and relentless drive to defy expectations throughout the customer experience.
- Strong ability to problem solve.
- Able to perform tasks that require lifting up to 50lbs, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time.
- Introductory knowledge of the Ontario building code and Tarion GPG.
- Class G driver's license.
- Post Secondary Education preferred.
