Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential construction
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Proven track record in leading professional tradespeople
  • Organization skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experienced in multi-family wood homes with underground parkades.
  • Shipping and receiving experience
  • Proficient at construction blue print reading
  • Journeyman Electrical Ticket
  • First Aid certification
  • CSTS20
  • Fall Arrest

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $95,290.00-$112,844.00 per year
