We are on the hunt for a talented Plumbing Service Technician to join our dynamic team. You will tackle everything from routine maintenance to complex problems, all while delivering top-notch customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and gas systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with precision
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of technicians and their projects from start to finish
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to members
Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed
Provide estimates and sales for new installations

Qualifications:

Journeyman Plumbing license/certificate
Experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or in a similar role
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
