We are seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician/ Mechanic for the role of Operations Manager and Program Co-Ordinator for our automotive services company.

The ideal candidate will not only be a highly skilled Technician/Mechanic but also an entrepreneur, a teacher, and a manager.

The role includes developing our service programs, implementing them, training, and working with our service technicians to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

You must:

•  Automotive Technician license/certification
• Excellent communication skills
• An innovative, problem solving technician
• Possess great people skills
• Able to develop and document service programs
• Excellent computer skills
• Able to teach our programs to the front line techs
• Able to collaborate with other managers

Assets:

• University degree
• Business or teaching experience
• Bilingual (English/French)
