Job Overview

Are you passionate about social media and looking to make an impact? Join Risas Dental and Braces as a Social Media Specialist! In this role, you’ll develop and execute our social media strategy, ensuring we reach both patients and potential team members. You’ll manage content creation, performance analysis, and contribute to shaping our brand’s online presence. This remote-friendly position also supports Public Relations and events, with occasional visits to our offices to gather content that showcases the Risas experience.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation: Produce compelling social media content (copy, photos, videos, graphics) that tells the Risas story, engaging both patients and potential team members. You’ll ensure everything is on-brand and visually appealing.
• Social Media Management: Own our social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), posting consistently, engaging with our community, and driving growth across platforms.
• Analyze Performance: Track and report on social media performance, using data insights to improve strategy and ensure we meet our KPIs.
• Support Ad Campaigns: Assist with social ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), helping optimize and expand our reach through paid media.
• Collaborate & Connect: Work with internal teams and external ambassadors to create partnerships and share stories that amplify our brand’s impact.
• Event & PR Support: Assist with management of events, event coverage, and PR initiatives to keep our audience engaged and informed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Based in Phoenix area
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Expertise in Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and social media publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite).
• Proficient in multimedia editing apps (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Rush, Canva).
• Strong understanding of design principles and storytelling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Creative copywriting skills with attention to the latest social media trends and algorithms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategies.
• Willing to work occasional weekends/evenings and travel up to 10%.

Nice to Have

• Professional work experience in Paid Media including Meta Ads.
• Professional copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
• Working Knowledge of Monday.com.
