Position: Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair electrical systems in Town Home/Multifamily residential buildings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Description:
- Rough-in of wood-framed Condo Buildings and Town Homes
- Rough-in and finish of all aspects of a Condo Building and Town Homes
Qualifications:
- Experience with wood framed, Town Home/Multi-family new construction condos or 12 months of residential experience a must
- Self-sufficient and able to problem solve
- Must be able to commute daily to job site
Shift Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, Overtime and Weekends as needed
- Fast paced
