Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving clients’ concerns.
- Perform service on commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required.
- Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete service work.
- Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an efficient and timely manner.
- Performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.
- Responsible for mentoring/supervising support staff in the HVAC/Refrigeration field
Qualifications:
- Residential HVAC certification.
- Valid driver's license and clean driver abstract.
- Certification in refrigeration, electrical work, or sheet metal is an asset.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial/residential HVAC field.
- Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
- Adapt at servicing commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment (as well as related accessories).
- Able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
- Able to work overtime, weekend hours, and available for on-call duties as required.
- WHMIS 2015.
