What we're looking for:

Our client a national truck maintenance firm is seeking a licensed Red Seal Heavy Truck Technician / Mechanic for their brand-new Dartmouth, Nova Scotia facility.

This may be the best job in Canada. This is a maintenance, minor repairs, and lubrication role. No heavy engine or transmission work.

The facility is beautiful and clean, all tools and uniforms are supplied, and the work is light and easy.

Base compensation is $88,000 annually. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You are paid for the full 9 hours per day (lunch is paid). It equals $42.31 per worked hour based on 8 hours of work. Overtime is $56.41 per hour.

You must have at least 2 years of work experience in Motor Vehicle Inspections, Preventive Maintenance, and Repairs for Heavy Truck and Trailers / Truck and Transport Trucks.
