We are currently looking for qualified individuals for the position of Landscape Maintenance Foreperson ($55,000 - $65,000.00 per year).

Job Type: Full-time, Contract.

We are an established lawn maintenance and snow plowing contractor in business now for more than 30 years. We are a family owned and operated business with a solid and long-term customer base and we have built a reputation for quality, dependable and prompt service. Hours of work are generally 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, with seasonal Saturday work, usually limited to a half a day.

We are constantly looking for individuals who bring value and possess a great attitude, on board our team. We are located in Vaughan, Ontario and provide landscape and associated services throughout the GTA.

All work is local with minimal travel requirements. We are currently looking for qualified individuals for the position of Landscape Maintenance Foreperson:

Landscape Maintenance Foreperson:

• Must be well versed in all aspects of horticultural practices and procedures
• Must be well versed in all aspects of lawn maintenance operations
• Must be well versed in all aspects of snow clearing operations
• Must have a minimum of 5 years verifiable supervisory experience
• Knowledge of many different types of turf care equipment (Zero turn, walk behind, trimmers etc.)
• Valid G license with current clean abstract and own vehicle mandatory (to get to our work place/shop). Must be able to safely drive pick-up truck with trailer combination.
• Able to meet time deadlines and short notice orders
• Team oriented player and excellent leader (lead by example)
• Able to work alongside and lead a crew of 3-4 people
• Have a positive attitude, be dependable and reliable
• Quality workmanship and detail oriented
• Year-round full-time position
• Good wages and bonus incentives $55,000 - $65,000.00 per year
