We are a custom home builder and renovator in the Midland-Penetanguishene area and we are looking for Senior/Skilled Carpenters to join our team to help realize homeowners' custom home and renovation dreams.

Duties

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials 
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Framework
• Crown Moulding
• Millwork
• Installation of windows, doors, cabinets, and flooring
• Work safely and in an organized manner
• Lay out a house
• Build foundations and footings

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5  to 10 years of experience in custom home building and renovations, or a proven record of senior level skill

• Must be physically able to perform all delegated duties
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have knowledge of workplace safety requirements, policies and procedures

Our Offer:

• Starting at $35-$40 per hour with quick raises based on performance and duties
