We are presently looking to fill the role of Certified Licensed Insolvency Trustee  to deal with Bankruptcy claims. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing estates in arrears. Your role will consist of liaising with individuals in charge  of properties in trust.

Qualification:

• Licensed Insolvency Trustee
• Extensive knowledge pertaining to Bankruptcy, insolvency  rules and procedure

Duties:

• Meet with clients for follow-ups and consultations
• Offer counsel and advise on future steps and procedures regarding assets
• Reviewing documents and files
• Contacting and interacting with lenders, banks, and creditors regarding Bankrupted assets
• Attending court proceedings
