Position summary

If you know anything about building a business, then you know developing relationships and trust with customers is both challenging AND rewarding work.

We’re looking for a confident, independent and motivated individual who wants to help us expand our fast-growing business


• You will build relationships in the communities, focusing on architectural and specification sales - develop new business by calling on new and existing customers, presenting our products and closing the sale.
• You identify market trends, maintain awareness of competitive activity in the siding industry – understand the activities of competitors and continually evaluate marketing, pricing and selling strategies.

Job requirements

• Minimum of two years successful outside sales experience preferred
• Clean drivers abstract
• Ability to be on the road a significant amount of time to visit customers and meet on work-sites
• Proficient in word, excel and outlook
• Ability to learn in-house proprietary software
• A tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Solid understanding of the residential roofing and siding/construction industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well both individually and within a team environment
