JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Representative

• Full sales cycle for competitive temporary and permanent staffing agency in GTA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospecting for potential clients
• Develop sales reports and route schedules
• Customer calls and follow up
• Drop ins (were available) and follow up
• Scheduling and presenting at sales meetings (virtual and in-person where available)
• Preparing quotes, contracts and safety checks (in-person) and follow up
• Identify the specific needs of our client’s and come up with tailored solutions 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Positive attitude
• Established network in a wide range of industries including manufacturing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent Listening and organizational skills
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Travel across the GTA, Peel and Vaughan

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package: Base $52,000 with potential to earn up to $100,000
• Ongoing sales training and professional development
• Travel Mileage and phone expense
